Trying to contact Human Resources but not janet mesa on a termination

I been a employee for circle k 2 1/2 yrs had issues with a market manager I made a complaint with Troy district manage he just talked to her seens she been your manager she just been on my back with just anything she can find on time she made me stand in front of store and greet all customers and after that my manager will hide me in cooler so she wouldnt pick on me my last manager I had she helped me a lot she even took me with her to another store she got transferred not even there a month she moved me again telling me I had to transfer that it was distric policy and that my manager was gonna have to move to we were working good making are sales making lots of compliments how we worked hard and how store looked nice and then she told me I had to move so I just went with it and changed was willing to help so supposedly other workers from other stores were having trouble with the other manager that she was rude and they couldnt get along so we all got moved around again instead of dealing with the problem with her we all got moved again I was there even for days she came in market manager Mariah m and Human Resources Janet mesa and she talked to told me I was getting complaints about being rude and should me video me talking with customer told me if I rennet what I said to customer I told her no she told me hear I couldnt hear anything she said she adjusted it but still didnt hear anything so she told me she no longer needed my services and told me to clock out and leave there other things that happen and I wish I can explain myself to somebody cause I dont think it fare and I have my other manager how my performance on my job was others to but everybody to scared to say anything and lose there jobs I looked thru my workday I had only 3 write ups and she told me I had 7 but now she took me off everything I did make copies because she was wrong on doing this and I dont want her to do something to anybody else even though she did on 2 other coworkers because she didnt like them

I will never and I warn others daily of this experience

I pumped a couple of gallons of gas at a circle k in Phoenix and that proved to be a horrible mistake. Drove a little bit and by the time that gas mixed with what was left in my tank it started sputtering and losing speed. My engine light started flashing and I pulled off the highway and got to a light and my car was jerking so bad it just shut off! Got a mobile mechanic to come out for $200 and told me it was bad gasoline. Got the car towed to the shop, not his but a shop that works on Audi and 2 weeks in there fixing all my sensors that were thrown from this knocking and jerking new high pressure fuel pump and another tune up spark plugs which I had just got done 2 weeks prior. Well guess what was in the tank? Bad gasoline its all in the report and circle k still denies they are responsible

I had an emergency situation with my vehicle and the manager in duty allowed me to park my truck till I came back with a tire. It was late and raining, I had no choice but to get a tire and come back. But the nasty manager called and had my truck towed. I feel CK should help me with the cost of the towing and fees after I was told that my truck was fine parked neatly in a space out of the way.

Complaint on employee

Last week I was on my way to work I went in to play my lottery numbers like I always do they had a new employee there that was filling in and maybe coming to that store they had an issue with someone that hit a tank in the back that went to the pop machine the polar Pop machine well to make a long story short Sammy the store manager had just came in and me and her know each other I've been going to the store for the past 4 years she was checking the lottery machine and was also speaking to the young lady that was scanning my numbers I asked the young lady is it possible that she could play my numbers right quick because I was in a hurry I was on my way to work she was scanning the numbers but she was also stopping and talking to Sammy I then got a distraught look from her as if I asked her something wrong and I did say please so I asked her what is she look at me like that for so we kind of went back and forth because she started getting smart and she asked me why was I being rude and then she called me cuz which is a slang terminology for a person in a gang or someone that is kin to you or close to you I told her me and her are not related please don't call me that it's a hip slang this young lady was Caucasian and I am black so after me and her went back and forth she decided that she didn't want to play my numbers and I said that was fine someone else play them so the next morning when I came in which I believe might have been Friday morning because I play my numbers when I get off of work I work third shift Sammy said I'm mad at you I said for what she said that was about to be my new employee and you're about to run her off and I said well I don't have no problem with her and I will apologize to her if I see her I just didn't like how she approached me and the look that she gave me when I asked her could she play my numbers because I was in a hurry. So me and Sammy went back to the video footage but she couldn't really see the look that she gave me because the video footage was a top view but she did hear the conversation and she did hear her ask me well call me cuz and like I told her even though I'm a older guy if I was someone younger and say I was a blood that would have been offensive and could have started a real big gang situation I'm 51 years old so I'm not gang related but I just didn't appreciate her looking at me the way she looked at me when I asked her nicely cuz she play my numbers and also her calling me cuz now we was done with the situation later on that day I stopped in to play my numbers but before I made it in I seen another employee that works there that knows me and I was asking her little girl while she pumping gas just joking with her and she said I know it's cold out here her mother who also works in the store roll down her window and say said are you okay and I said yeah she said well they called me last night and asked me to call you to calm you down and I was like really and she said yes and she told them I'm not getting in that mess and I was like wow so we had a brief conversation about what had happened because she wasn't at the store when I was ready to go in the store to play my numbers as soon as I walked in Rose another employee that knows me was on the phone with Sammy saying yeah he's walking in here now and I don't want her I'm tired of hearing about it and my response to her was what are you talking about because I'm coming here to play my numbers and I mentioned nothing to you about what happened last night she said well you was outside talking about it and I don't like you talking about it. I said well it was brought to my attention and brought up to me I never mentioned anything about it she said well you been outside talking about it I heard the whole conversation my thing is why is she listening to what's going on outside of the store when it is full of employees I'm quite sure this is also on the store footage and I mentioned to her is she kin to you or something I'm just trying to figure out why you're bringing this to me because I never mentioned anything about it to you and she said no but she is a coworker and I'm tired of hearing about it and I told Rose I said well I didn't come in here speaking about it I never mentioned one thing to you about it I just came in to play my numbers she was on the phone as I walked in the store talking to Sammy the store manager about the situation so obviously she called her when I got out of my truck and was stopped because I was stopped and the conversation was brought up about the night before and for her to say she heard the whole conversation that means she had to have turned on the microphone outside where the pump is and listen to the whole conversation that me and the other employee had which I think that is unprofessional especially why she has a store full of customers that was very inappropriate very unprofessional and I feel was a violation of my rights because she had no reason to turn on the pump to the microphone and listen to everything that was being said outside very very inappropriate and then to approach me about the situation when I walked in the store was really unappropriate because I never mentioned anything to her about it and like I said before there are cameras in the store and they do have audio and video I have not been to the store since because when she came to me about the situation I said well I can play my number somewhere else and she said yes you can go ahead and I was really surprised because me and her has always had a okay conversation relationship when it comes to me as a customer coming into the store she always spoke we always spoke to each other and greeted each other well so now I have not been to the store all week because of the situation and I probably will not go back until Rose is removed from that store because I really feel what she done was very inappropriate and I would like to know what are the consequences for her actions

I visited this store at 506 s. Prairieville rd, Mahomet, IL 61853 at 12:09 a.m. on December 23rd of 2023. My receipt number is 484239. I purchased a bottle that was made of glass, and I left the store made it no more than 15 ft when the bag broke and shattered the bottle. I went back inside and asked the worker to replace it or refund my money since the bag was at fault. He refused saying that the company was already looking for a reason to fire him, and so he refused to help me. He gave me the number for the corporate office. It was the absolute wrong number. He also told me he could call the manager, but she wouldn't answer anyway. He agreed that the bottle should be replaced, or my money refunded, but because of his own personal fear that the company was trying to fire him he refused. The employee's name was Kody.

I won the jackpot on 1 of the slots machines in your store in Waycross Georgia 2 days ago, I have the circle k redemption game card to prove that, redemption card number #5133, Everytime I go to try to get my winnings transferred onto a Georgia lottery coam card to legally get cashier's at store is telling me I can't get cause it's coming back on their side as suspicious fraud, look I have your circle k redemption game card with a balance of 2000.00 I put over 800.00 of my own money to win that money and jackpot I have only been given 800.00 of it on 1 lottery coam card, that first card cannot be reusable to add to it, look I want my 2000.00 your store in Waycross Georgia owes me now, circle k cannot make rules are guidelines over Georgia lottery coam devision. I want this issue resolved before I seek and reach out to a lawyer.

I prev worked for the Mapco location now Circle K on Warfield. During my last few weeks I was placed under investigation for about a month due to an incident where a male assoc put his hands on me and threatened me. The store manager, district manager, nor my immediate supervisor gave me any follow up so I was just out of a job and not knowing what was going on. The manager Laquesha kept asking whether I wanted to come back but by that time I had found a job. When I lost that job given she had asked me prior if I wanted my job again but told me I would be working C side of store I took her up on the offer and filled out my application on Dec. 14th and screenshot it and sent it to let her know I had completed it. When I didnt hear back for a week I went up there and she stated to me that she couldnt pay me what I had been making (12.50) even though I have over 5 years of customer service experience and had been a leader in my prev role. So I asked what she COULD do. She stated she would discuss the options with her immediate supervisor of making me an assistant store manager because she stated she NEEDED one. It has been about a month since I heard anything and I texted her again on Tuesday the 9th with no response. Is there anyone that can get back to me on this matter? At this point I will take another location if they are hiring.

Being a public transportation driver not being able to use bathrooms 57-year-old who actually needs a bathroom when she needs it not when they say it's okay. I have been denied by many many circle k's and this is getting ridiculous from the state of Florida all the way to ohio. Something needs to be done. I am 57 with bladder issues I am on the road all the time always looking for a bathroom circle k's and speedway seem to be the only ones open and they have rejected us many many times. This one was at 550 Waterloo road in Coventry Ohio.

I purchased a NetSpend prepaid debit card from the store. I went home to activate it and the card was no good and did not activate. I returned to the store within an hour with the card and receipt and wanted to exchange for a different card or return of my money and was refused return of my money or any assistance or resolution whatsoever. Nowhere in the store is there a sign, I was not told, nor is there anything on the receipt that states that they will not stand behind the gift cards / debit cards that they sell. This is merchandise they have chosen to have in their store and like any other business when it is faulty they should stand behind it and refund or exchange. It should not be the customer's responsibility.

I will be taking legal action if I am not paid my owed earnings of 54 hours @ $17/hr + time and a half for 14 hours of overtime. I was hired and scheduled before my background check came through. Then I was removed from the schedule with no explanation for 3 weeks, put back on the schedule for training and then I was terminated due to my background. I worked 54 hours and have not been paid a single penny in the month I have been employed by circle k. I have made many contact attempts. Once I receive my termination I requested my MN right to receive my final wages within 24 hours of termination. It has now gone past that 24 hour time period. I left my job as Data Entry for a respectable metal treatment company to be jerked around and my time taken advantage of. I have bills and rent like every other human, and I need to pay those. It was been over a month without income which I should have received weeks ago from Circle K.

Stopped in me and my husband my autistic lil brother and my mom and dad to get gas in our vehicle and their Rv and also to get us a snack before traveling on to our destination well i went to the ladys room it had toilet paper with *** on it just all over the floor the last stall had *** all on the toilet seat and so i decided not to use it there and mentioned it needed attention she told my whole family to take back the $40.00 my dad had done paid her to get his gas she proceeded to tell him to take his money and go elsewhere the time of this incident was 2:00 am and i just felt she was racist and rude.she honesty doesn't need a job working with the public

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They did not how ever reimbursed me for anything other than the repairs to my car and my fuel.

July 23,2023 I experienced a cross dump situation in Port Allen Louisiana my motor is done for your company has really made my life go down hill everything went wrong after my car broke down and I dont even know who to contact. I have been going to your store on E. William St. Decatur, Illinois since it opened. I have been being charged for ICE and I take in my own Circle K cups that I have already bought. My understanding is that if I had to get a CUP then I would be charged fifty-four cents for the cup. That is fine if I have to pay for a cup when needed. But you have your employees charging for ICE now? Or are they misunderstanding your policy? When it is one of the busiest stores around here. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store for gas etc; Some things need to stop. You will have to find more customers. I know a lot of people who frequent your store as I do. You have a store in Forsyth, Illinois to and they have never charged me for a cup of ICE.
