I will never and I warn others daily of this experience
I pumped a couple of gallons of gas at a circle k in Phoenix and that proved to be a horrible mistake. Drove a little bit and by the time that gas mixed with what was left in my tank it started sputtering and losing speed.
My engine light started flashing and I pulled off the highway and got to a light and my car was jerking so bad it just shut off! Got a mobile mechanic to come out for $200 and told me it was bad gasoline. Got the car towed to the shop, not his but a shop that works on Audi and 2 weeks in there fixing all my sensors that were thrown from this knocking and jerking new high pressure fuel pump and another tune up spark plugs which I had just got done 2 weeks prior.
Well guess what was in the tank? Bad gasoline its all in the report and circle k still denies they are responsible

Beer prices on Lite beer by Miller are commonly incorrect within sale prices
Sale prices are incorrect throughout Northeast Florida. The prices are plainly shown,yet never ring up correctly.
It's a mystery to employees who leave their stations to try to look and resolve. In Nassau county FL. They have been very helpful. In Jacksonville they refuse to correct.
Say sale is over,three days later beer is still on sale.
I have seen large packs of Lite ring up very cheap dirt cheap. I let them know that was also wrong.

To whom it may concern,
I'm writing this because of my experience yesterday at approximately 4:30 giving you that time for any video or surveillance you may have for review. I went into the store to simply get a fountain drink and a lottery ticket as I do often being that I am a resident of Long Beach.The store employee there, an african American male seemed to be visibly stressed out. He was being rude to customers, treating all customers and not just me disrespectfully. When I was buying my drink he was short with me. I even asked him if he was okay. At this point he was talking to the other employee there about how he knew people he could call that would do violent acts towards people like some kind of street thug. It must have been related to someone else because I had done nothing or said anything that would make me think it was intended for me. In my opinion at this point he was extremely hostile and combative. All I wanted was a lottery ticket and he said it was down and he couldn't do it. When I asked him if it would be fixed tomorrow he said he didn't know or care and I think he said he didn't want it to ever get fixed. I said and because I felt offended that I was the customer and without me he wouldn't even have a job. He then called me an *** right to my face and also said that every time I came in there I acted like one. When I was leaving I said he was nothing more than a minimum wage loser and to get a life. He followed me out and stated I was banned from ever coming back into the store. At this point I became so angry I came back into the store and threw my drink at the floor. When I was walking to my car he came outside and threatened me with physical violence. I still have a hard time believing that it all happened. I definitely feel I did nothing to deserve it. I'm glad in a way that he didn't attack me as your company would be facing a lawsuit. This person has absolutely no business working with the public. He is a Toxic and Violent person. If something is not done about it I'm sure that there will be consequences of his actions in the future. It is shameful how this employee acts towards your customers. This behavior is unacceptable and something should be done about it. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for your valued time in this matter.

This is the Statement I sent to the Corporate office. As of now 30 days later I have heard nothing back from it and the person my statement is referring to is still there. It's hard to believe they would do nothing about it and allow this person to continue working there.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The floor manager of Circle K called me and explained what had happened and how to take care of the problem in the future.
What he did was refund me the difference that was overcharged.
I was very happy with that solution and I know in the future how to avoid the problem again. I believe his name was Randy he was very kind and apologetic and I do appreciate him returning my call.
I bought 14 packs of Marlboro select 100s. They are advertised out front when you buy two packs they are $5.49 a pack.
I was charged $87.66 plus tax. A total of $95.04. I should have been charged a total with tax $83.34. I was overcharged by $11.71.
they blamed it on the distributor said that they should have changed the sign out front and didn't. I don't care what the problem is consumer by law only has to pay advertised price.

It was just around 3:00 in the morning and I wanted to go to the corner store to pick up a few things and checked online to make sure they were open even called ahead and they said they were open and I went there and because I was with my girlfriend they didn't want to let both of us in the store and because he seen two of us he said no all together and said he was closed

I have contacted you about changing my number in my mobile app to get rewards. You told me it was fixed, but it wasn't.
I've contacted you multiple times after that, and I'm supposed to receive a call back. I never get a call back, which is very disappointing. I'm spending money at your stores and am not receiving any rewards whatsoever.
Somebody else is benefiting from my purchases. What is my phone number?

I worked at over 75 locations, more than 300 shifts and experienced conditions such as; being told I could not use the bathroom or refill my water bottle, an employee making disparaging remarks about homosexuality, and managers smoking {{Redacted}} in the public restroom before returning to work side by side with me. I reported all this to my employer, ShiftSmart, Circle K directly, and EthicsPoint, their integrity company, and they took me off the Circle K campaign! Subsequently, I was viciously attacked in Circle Ks parking lot, at the location closest to my home where I am on first name basis with all the employees, and despite the fact that one of the clerks is or was the girlfriend of someone I reported for a double homicide, nothing was done.

Set in line for 3 1/2 hours waiting for gas. They close at seven.
Nothings posted on the road. Nobody comes out to cut the line off to say hey guys Im sorry but were gonna close at seven. Were cutting a line off at 6:30 instead everybody sits out there wasting the more gas thinking that theyre getting closer thats a BS never saw a Circle K close.
Thats a 24 hours at 7 oclock. Every other store is open on time normal hours and its very unprofessional with everything going on to let people sit there and waste their time when we couldve been at another gas station, possibly able to get gas but instead 3 1/2 hours, I wasted in that line when somebody should come out and said hey, this is going on absolutely unacceptable

I was banned from the store on hwy. 49 in Gulfport, Ms.
On 28th street & 49. Ok I was panhandling. Cal who runs the store makes it look even worse by his actions. He tends to favor those who have $, and scold or delay service to those who don't.
He is not only rude to some customers, he is verbally abusive. He screams and yells about those banned even being in a driveway on the property. I live right behind the store and can't even go in there anymore. I have to get others to go for me, and sometimes I have to wait.
Cal is the one who should be asked to resign.
And now I'd like to know, is there a way I could get the ban lifted? I won't panhandle anymore anymore.

I came to your store to get gas. As I made it halfway to the door, your staff was hollering across the parking lot, full of people at the pumps, 'We don't have gas.
If you would walk to the door, you would see my sign - no gas.' I said, 'You need to put signs at the pump or wrap them with bags.' The employee responded, 'Those stupid people can walk to the door, the *** with them.' I said, 'Most of them pay with a card. You're lazy, and look at this dirty store. It's always dirty.
The money order machine is never working, but the nail polish seems to work fine.' I have contacted an attorney on the matter. This store and its staff are terrible.

Hi, this has been going on for a couple of months now. I was at Circle K on 3rd St, 4347 S 3rd St, Louisville, KY 40214, and used the self-service machine.
It ate my $20 and I've tried to call the manager several times since the incident. I have talked to him only once and he assured me that it would be taken care of and I would be refunded. But when I went there, the employees said they didn't know what I was talking about. I've tried to call him back over and over again and I can't get anyone to answer.
So, I called Circle K corporate's number and left a message. Someone called me back and she assured me that everything would be taken care of and that the store manager would be calling me. But I haven't heard anything back, so I tried to call the store manager again and still got no answer. I just want to get this resolved and get my $20 back.
This is ridiculous; I have wasted so much time, gas, and energy dealing with this. I live an hour away and I have let everyone know this.
I've made numerous trips to the store to try and get my refund and still there is nothing. Please help me, this is crazy.

I will add my documents shortly.
I had to walk to another gas station to call for a tow (I walk with a cane, even 1/8 mile is tough).
My car was towed home, next day I had it towed to my auto shop in town. They emptied 23 gal water from a 24 gal tank. They took care of my car and next day I had it back with a $512.00 charge. I called Circle Ks Bad Gas line and left messages before the 48 hr.
Limit to report was up. No reply. I spoke to the manager at the shop itself who took my info and said she would contact headquarters. I got nothing.
I continued to call the BadGas line every other day and then weekly.
In March I had surgery and was distracted from the complaint. Now it is August, still no reply, no letters, calls and the shop manager cant believe I havent had this resolved yet.
At this point if you are getting no reply, zero, nothing, where do turn?

the lottery machine ripped me off i had three winning tickets i scaned them one at a time when i scaned the second one it got rid of my first scan and said money paid out. i thought it would be like putting cash in were it ads up the more money you put in i went to to cashier that takes care of that machine and she rudly says take it up wth the lottory her names carely she shouldn,t be dealing with the public .i like my $20 or her fired she ripped me off $4 in the past
