I worked my scheduled shift today at Circle K from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
I clocked in at 7:56 AM because I arrived early, but when my shift ended, I was unable to clock out.
Later I was told that I did not work, which is not true.
I was physically present and completed the full shift, I can confirm my presence if you want.
Please review and correct my time so I can be paid.

Not one time have I ever gotten a ticket at the pump. Have to go in every time.

Verified ReviewerI was in the store and this lady that works ther was yelling and being mean and rude to the lady that was cooking the cashier came over to where the cook was to yell at her in her face.. they tried
That cashier should be fired or reprimanded to leave that lady alone; she doesn't bother anyone that we ever see. The cashier walked up in her face, and that man tried to make it seem like she did something.
We saw everything; she did nothing at all. I feel like y'all are going to use her as a scapegoat, but if that happens, we will post and keep posting all over AU. Watch the cashiers; all that glitters isn't gold. Watch out; they are using people in Circle K and throwing them away like trash, managers and all.

I told the local store, Philpot, Ky. that I had contacted the main office, concerning the matter. It was noted by them, though, I've yet to see a refund.

An employee stole my money
I went into the Circle K in pineville Louisiana on Highway 28 E. at about 1030 or 11 AM on Thursday 8/21/25.
I paid for my gas with the clerk that was working, which was a white male. I told him I needed $25 in gas on pump too. I go out to the car I could not get the pump to come on. So, I go back to in the store to tell the clerk I couldnt get the gas pump to reset.
The white male that was working the register proceeded to tell me that he put it on pump five instead of pump two so it was his fault. There was another man working there a tall, black man and another man which would be a shorter black man. The taller black man suggested he give me my money back and assured me it would be on my debit card within 15 minutes. It was not I still havent received the $25 so I went to Circle K this evening, talk to the clerk working to explain to her what happened and when I proceeded to tell her that it was a tall, black man and a short black man that worked there that morning when I was in there, she said they have names and told me their names .
She got very upset that I said, the short black man and the tall black man however, she didnt get upset when I said the white man was working the register she started screaming at me and told me to get out of her store in which idea I did. This lady needs to be fired and if she doesnt get fired, I will make sure its something is done.
User's recommendation: Do not go in Circle K in Pineville on Highway 28 E. and refer to any manager as a black male. Don’t know what you’re gonna call him. If you don’t know their name however don’t call them a black mail because you will get thrown out of the store.

I called the one on Michigan Street in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They picked up the phone and hung it up immediately without saying anything.
The Circle K in Comstock Park, Michigan, the lady's name, Sarah, asked me if I could leave a message, and before I could get my full message out, she hung up the phone without saying anything. Pretty unprofessional.

My free coffee expired before the end of the day
So today was national coffee day and in my inner circle rewards there was a free coffee. After working a 10 hour day I stop by Circle K to get my free coffee and when I went to the counter and hit my free copy button, it said it had expired and I had not used my free coffee reward yet.
It was only 8:15 PM. The lady at the counter said she couldnt do anything about it. She asked me if I still wanted to coffee and I said no because she was wanting me to pay for it when it shouldve been free.
Why did the reward expire when the day was not over yet because it said it was national coffee day, which should not have expired until 12 midnight. Please look into this.

Yes sir or ma'am, I need to report an incident at Circle K on 585. The lady working at 8:30 AM was the only person there and was being rude.
All I was doing was putting in a phone number, and she was being very impolite. I think she's rude, plus she was standing around doing nothing to help her customers.

First of all, there should BE an easy to find, easy to use, and ANSWERED customer service number.
Second, IF YOU'RE GOING TO PUT A HOLD OF $175 TO USE PAY AT THE PUMP, POST IT ON THE PUMPS!!! I was going to get gas, then groceries, and after the $29.70, BUT $175 HOLD, there was under $10.
So... no groceries, AND A LOT OF ANXIETY!

To whom it may concern,
I'm writing this because of my experience yesterday at approximately 4:30 giving you that time for any video or surveillance you may have for review. I went into the store to simply get a fountain drink and a lottery ticket as I do often being that I am a resident of Long Beach.The store employee there, an african American male seemed to be visibly stressed out. He was being rude to customers, treating all customers and not just me disrespectfully. When I was buying my drink he was short with me. I even asked him if he was okay. At this point he was talking to the other employee there about how he knew people he could call that would do violent acts towards people like some kind of street thug. It must have been related to someone else because I had done nothing or said anything that would make me think it was intended for me. In my opinion at this point he was extremely hostile and combative. All I wanted was a lottery ticket and he said it was down and he couldn't do it. When I asked him if it would be fixed tomorrow he said he didn't know or care and I think he said he didn't want it to ever get fixed. I said and because I felt offended that I was the customer and without me he wouldn't even have a job. He then called me an *** right to my face and also said that every time I came in there I acted like one. When I was leaving I said he was nothing more than a minimum wage loser and to get a life. He followed me out and stated I was banned from ever coming back into the store. At this point I became so angry I came back into the store and threw my drink at the floor. When I was walking to my car he came outside and threatened me with physical violence. I still have a hard time believing that it all happened. I definitely feel I did nothing to deserve it. I'm glad in a way that he didn't attack me as your company would be facing a lawsuit. This person has absolutely no business working with the public. He is a Toxic and Violent person. If something is not done about it I'm sure that there will be consequences of his actions in the future. It is shameful how this employee acts towards your customers. This behavior is unacceptable and something should be done about it. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for your valued time in this matter.

This is the Statement I sent to the Corporate office. As of now 30 days later I have heard nothing back from it and the person my statement is referring to is still there. It's hard to believe they would do nothing about it and allow this person to continue working there.

I went to the Circle K on Airline and said I was met with the three rudest employees. One was a manager who said that she didn't care if I came back, and the other was calling someone weird or strange about a company policy, and one was starting an argument with a customer and the manager.
They were Black, and it was in the morning. I don't appreciate three rude employees when I go there or a manager who likes to talk back to a customer and an employee who likes to start a fight or an argument.
I will not go back there until they are gone because that store will be brought down by them. Thanks.
